From a 20 inch dispenser box, you can simply pull up to 100 feet of completely formed raceway, instantly ready for use. No waste, as each time you use only what you need. Push the extra raceway back though the forming/recoil device and it recoils itself back in the box ready for next time. The Wire Trak Form Raceway integrated lid latches closed securely and may be opened and closed continually without degradation of the hinge.

Use our Wire Trak Form Raceway In A Box alone for long seamless run or quick on the spot installations using our complete line of fittings and components. The raceway exterior is visually and dimensionally identical to the other models of the series and is compatible with all series fittings and components. The Wire Trak Form Raceway patented forming/recoil device comes readily installed in every dispenser box. Dispenser boxes may be reloaded again and again. Forming/ recoil devices and build refill coils are color coded for fast and easy reloads. The Wire Trak Form Raceway In A Box is stocked in white and beige. It may be also be painted and is made from UL 94 VO rated material, meeting requirements for low voltage applications. Wire Trak Form Raceway In A Box is available in standard sizes and is dispensed with a peel and stick adhesive mounting system.�

Wire Trak™ Raceway On-A-Box Installation Instruction

Remove Wire Trak™ Raceway In A Box from the box at either side cut out.
Measure length needed for the job. Then pull out the measured length from the box. Cut with shears or common kitchen scissors.
Fold the Raceway into a "J" shape and peel off liner and fasten adhesive side to your marked surface. Use mechanical fastener if needeed.
Insert wire or cable into the channel. Close one end by folding into a square and snapping shut.
If angles are needed, snap close before inserting wires. Cut Raceway using standard mitre methods. Re-open to insert wires and snap shut.
