To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can fill out the ORDER RETURN FORM HERE. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain Items will Carry restocking fees for us to take back into our stock, This is due to items being made to order or for being an oversized item.

The HD38 is designed to wrap and twist tie material to close bags, bundle products and secure wire and cables. Semi-automatic operation can deliver up to 60 tied bags or bundles per minute with minimal effort. Insert the bundle at the 3/8" throat opening to trigger the tying mechanism and get a perfect twist-tied product. All bundles and bags are secured with 2-1/2 full twists of tie material. The Production Counter tracks usage and accountability for the upkeep of daily quotas. Plas-Ties’ offers Factory Training, customized to your needs and budget to ensure your staff are proficient, safe and primed to obtain your ROI. We also provide on-going technical support through complimentary on-line manuals, demo videos and phone support. Our Tustin, California factory has a huge inventory of parts and can offer next-day delivery options. Sometimes in-house servicing is inevitable, but take advantage of our Loaner Program where we provide a loaner unit while your machine is being serviced.
