Non-Skid braided sleeving is a unique combination of our standard PET material braided together with high-friction polymer filaments. Non-Skid is engineered primarily for wire and cable management on smooth floor, high traffic environments such as broadcast studios where someone might inadvertently step on a cable snake and slip. As long as there’s no excessive pressure on the cables protected with Non-Skid, the entire snake glides easily and quietly along the floor. When local pressure is applied, such as when someone steps on the cable, the high friction material comes in contact with the floor and reduces the possibility of the cable sliding out from underfoot. Non-Skid is substantially less “slippery” than our regular PET, yet provides the same level of flexibility and protection from cable wear and abrasion

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
You are required to have an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) assigned by our customer service team. To apply for an RMA request Form linked here.
Undeliverable Shipments:
- In the event that the customers shipping address provided is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier, shipping fee's will not be refunded. Instead it is the customers responsibility to provide a deliverable address.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS SHIPPED
If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, do not worry! Please contact us by phone or the Contact Us Form within five (5) days of receiving the product, along with the invoice or packing slip, to schedule a return. We will replace these products at no additional cost. Please keep in mind that we may require photos for documentation and to authorize call tags for returns.
Because we put our customers’ experience first, any defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products by CTAM, or by our manufacturers, will be re-shipped at our expense. We will also provide you with a return shipping label with detailed shipping instructions.
Please note that if the item is damaged as a result of the customer’s actions, then a return will not be approved, and the damaged items will be discarded. If the customer wants to keep the damaged items, they must first cover the shipping fees, after which the company will return the damaged items. After the five (5) day time has expired, CTAM will not be responsible for any defective, damaged, or incorrect items, regardless of who is at fault.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 48 hours after product condition is verified.
Shipping Fees
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For additional information in this section, create your own Return & Refund Policy.
