Obviously these instructions only work for those who select to create accounts. Those who use the 'Check Out without an Account' option do not have access to these settings.
Setting up an Account
Go to the
Online Store and click on the Create an Account link and follow the instructions.
Checking to see what I've Ordered
Log into your 'Cable Ties and More' Account and click on the My Account link (top right-hand corner). From there, click on the View the orders I have made link, located under the My Orders header.
Forgot your password?
When you go to log on, look for the 'Password forgotten? Click here' link. It is usually located just under the log-on boxes. This link will send you a new password to the email that you've included with your account. Log in with this new password and from there, you'll be able to reset the password by clicking on the 'Change my account password' link (located under the 'My Account' header).

How do I order?
There are several ways of ordering at 'Cable Ties And More'. You can either click on the
on the items page, or you can go directly to the
Online Store and click on the
button to add items to your online Shopping Cart.
What if there isn't a Price listed?
You shouldn't be seeing any item in the online catalog as being listed without a price (aka $0.00) but should you happen to come across one, sorry but that item isn't free. It means there is a glitch in the system and you should call or email for the correct price.
What currencies do you accept?
At present, Cable Ties And More's Online Store accepts only US Dollars.
Where do you ship to?
Cable Ties And More currently ships to the United States and Canada with a choice of shipping options. Please call for any information about shipping to any location outside of these two destinations.
What about large volume orders?
If you are interested in ordering wholesale, then either call 1-877-284-7760 or click on the Wholesale Inquiries page and fill out the email form.
How do I search your site for products?
Go to the
Online Store. Once there, look for the 'Quick Find' Box on the right column (usually near the middle to bottom). Type what you wish to search for into the search box and hit enter.
