If after you purchase any product2 from CableTiesAndMore, at any time within 60 days, you feel that, for any reason, it fails to live up to your expectations, return it to us and we will immediately and cheerfully refund you 100% of the purchase price1.
Returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Please call us to obtain an RMA number prior to returning the items.

1 For drop ship orders, a 25% restocking fee or more (depending on the condition of the product) per unused item applies on all bulk items, all cord, cable and hose protectors, whether heavy or light duty materials.

Manufacturer and distributors expressly disacknowledge all warranties not set forth herein, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose and/or warranty of merchantability which might otherwise be applicable. In the event of manufacturing defects, buyer's remedy shall be strictly limited to refund of the purchase price or replacement. Buyer specifically acknowledges waiver of any claim against either manufacturer or distributor regarding consequential damages to person or property, damages for loss of use, lost time, lost wages, lost income, loss or profit, or any other accidental or consequential damages. Manufacturer and/or distributor reserve the right to make specification and price changes without prior notice or subsequent obligation.

If your shipment contains a defective product or we sent you the wrong product:
- Return the defective item and we will replace it at our expense.
- Items must be in the original packaging, in mint (excellent/new) condition with the packaging slip, warranty information, and any accessories.
- Allow for at least 5 business days to process your return once received by our warehouses.

As a default, all items are defaulted to ship through UPS. We have made select items available to be shipped though USPS as an alternative if desired. Large items requiring special freight or handling are delivered though a freight carrier specializing in the product type ordered. At the point of Check out, you will be provided with a list of shipping options or instructed to give us a call to provide a freight quote.
Cabletiesandmore will be happy to provide a replacement to either lost or damaged shipments that are shipped with UPS. In order to provide a replacement, please contact us to begin the claim process. This can take up to 10 business days to resolve. All goods leaving our warehouses are in new condition and inspected. If you are asked to sign for something that shows signs of damage, please make notes with the driver or refuse the package. USPS shipments are not able to be tracked nor do they carry any insurance. Therefore we highly recommend selecting UPS as your shipping method.
The shipping costs quoted based on the size or weight of the goods ordered. The costs that are quoted are accessed directly from the specific freight carrier and include applicable fuel surcharges and handling fees. When Will My Order Ship?
We at Cabletiesandmore will make every effort to ship all orders in a timely fashion. Most orders will ship within 24-48 hours from being placed. In some cases, your order may be shipping the same day. Occasionally the item order maybe out of stock or delayed. In this case, we will work with you to either set a new ship date or select a replacement item. We will do our best to find a reasonable resolution to the issue.
Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
When selecting your method of shipping, please note that UPS is the only option where a tracking number will be provided. USPS will only provide a delivery confirmation once the item is delivered. Our shipping system is automated to provide this information to you as soon as the order ships. Please allow up to twelve (12) hours for the tracking number to be active with the carrier.
Do I Need to Sign for My Delivery?
All order where UPS is selected will require a signature for delivery. UPS drivers will make up to three (3) delivery attempts before returning the goods to us. At the first attempt, a Delivery Notice will be left at the door which will have a release form on the back. Please read the terms and sign if you would like the package left at the door at the next attempt. Please note that by signing the release you are taking responsibility for the delivery and neither UPS nor Cabletiesandmore can provide a replacement of the goods if they are stolen or damaged. USPS shipping options do not require signature and are also your responsibility if stolen or damaged.
Cabletiesandmore can ship to any location serviced by UPS or USPS. Please contact us to receive a competitive quote for international addresses. UPS is the only shipping method that will provide a tracking number.
